This is a really good knife. I’m no pro but we have three people who cook everyday at my house and we are always sharpening our knives at least once every two weeks. This one, however, I’ve used it for at least 2 months, along with other two, everyday. I haven’t had to sharpen this thing yet. The knife is heavy, which took a little for me to get used to. As a bonus it is perfectly balanced and fits the hand well. I will be buying more of these so that all the chefs in our household can have their own!Andrew Li ()
