My mother literally has dozens of primary kitchen knives. Over the year she’s gone through them, with none keeping her interest for more than a few months. Ever since I bought the signature knife for my her it has been the only knife she has used. She loves the balance and the finger groove at the front of the knife. Just yesterday, I got to use it for the first time and I am considering getting one for myself too. You can tell it was thoughtfully designed. Thank you Yan! (3 Dec 2025, 13:10)
