  1. In a bowl, combine warm, cooked rice with coconut milk. Set aside.
  2. Wet one piece of rice paper.
  3. Place kiwi slices and nectarine slices on rice paper. Top with 2 tablespoons rice. Fold sides in and roll up to wrap.
